Human Resources Assistant (Entry Level)
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Assist coordinator with new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
- Respond to routine HR inquiries from employees and direct them to appropriate personnel when needed.
- Help process documentation related to hiring, benefits, payroll, and performance reviews.
- Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
- No prior experience needed - training will be provided.
