Job Overview:
As an Entry Level Help Desk representative, you will provide world-class customer support in a dynamic, 24/7 environment. You'll engage with customers via phone calls, chats, and emails, ensuring a professional and helpful experience. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving issues related to voice, data, video, and connectivity, all while enhancing the customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound technical support inquiries through phone, chat, and email.
Consult with customers to provide additional solutions, including the potential to up-sell products and services.
Troubleshoot voice, data, video, and connection issues effectively.
Document and track each interaction, providing detailed descriptions for future reference.
Offer backup support to fellow Technical Support Representatives as needed.
Additional Information:

A flexible schedule is preferred.
Bonuses are available, along with the possibility of a raise after four months.
