As a vital part of our events management department, you will assist in organizing and executing a variety of functions, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social events. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
Manage event registration and communication with attendees.
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
Create and maintain event schedules and timelines.
Assist with budget tracking and invoicing for events.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by events.
