Edge Electric is looking for an Entry Level Assistant Project Manager to join our fast-growing team. The Entry Level Assistant Project Manager serves a vital role in supporting project management, organized documentation, coordination, and planning, as well as ensuring smooth project communications from start to completion. The Entry Level Assistant Project Manager will work closely with various teams across the company including estimating, project managers, general foremen, and vendors.

This is a full-time role with immediate availability in our Buda, TX office. Pay is commensurate with experience: $18/hour for green; $25/hour for experienced candidates

Responsibilities

• Create jobs on Procore
• Create job sheets and distribute
• Request and distribute ship schedules
• Material tracking and procurement
• Apply for and purchase permits
• Scheduling inspections
• Order blueprints
• Create project handoff packets
• Process job closeouts
• Update budgets and prepare presentation for meetings
• Maintain organized filing systems
• Maintain employee information within Procore
• Coordinate internal and external meetings
• Fulfill COI requests
• Assist Project Managers as needed

Qualifications

• Procore experience not required but considered a plus
• Construction experience not required but considered a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Suites
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
• Passion for managing teams and driving results
• Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
