About The Role Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for testing new features on our website before they launch, identifying any issues or bugs, and ensuring that the overall user experience is of the highest quality. You will work closely with developers and designers to ensure that all end user tests are successfully completed. This position ensures that developed websites and applications work as described and expected for the target users as. Using a variety of website feedback tools, this position will manually review each new website, web page, and form submissions, as well as report bugs, glitches, and other findings to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end user tests for new features on our website
- Use approved website feedback tools to report bugs, glitches, and questions
- Test all contact forms for confirmation and submission
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA testing
- Add tasks into project management software
- Coordinate and communicate with project staff
- Report bugs and errors to development team
- Help troubleshoot issues on staging environments
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Launch Website
- Change DNS records
- Communicate with Clients as necessary
- Other duties as deemed necessary by direct supervisor

- Solid understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS)

Please note: Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work scheduled and all employees are required to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
