Salary Statement :
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $53,222.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.

This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
The incumbent makes a substantial contribution in providing the leadership for development and implementation of Division programs. The incumbent recommends and executes changes in existing programs and practices which may influence total agency operation based on agency policies. Incumbent works independently and possesses sufficient technical authority and judgement for the work. Decisions may impact internal and external partnerships, customer relations, business development opportunities and funding opportunities. Decisions and major recommendations are reviewed for compliance with agency policy and to ensure resources are prioritized based on the strategic objectives of the organization.

Maintaining and developing work relationships is extremely important in this position. Working closely with associates within and outside of the organization will be required daily. The incumbent works collaboratively across the agency and with external partners on activities and to resolve problems that could impact work quality.
