We are seeking a highly motivated, forward thinking, “jack of all trades” Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing internal marketing team.  

Our Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with a dedicated team of marketing and public relations professionals, including frequent communication with our Director of Marketing and our Associate VP of Public Relations in a high-energy and fast-paced environment. This team is an excellent place to start or grow your career as a marketing professional. Many members of the team have started in entry-level roles and grown their careers into leadership and director-level roles. 

In this role, you will work hands-on to execute a variety of creative projects, perform research, create content and receive daily mentorship and guidance from senior members of our marketing department. Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities: 

• Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email marketing  

• Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages and lead generation content  

• Continuously develop, implement and enhance LaSalle Network’s digital and print marketing and communications strategy 

• Create, manage and distribute email and newsletter content to prospects and clients 

• Analyze and report on marketing data/ROI/campaign performance via our Marketing Tech Stack: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.   

• Establish analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers and continually refine our process to convert clients 

• Assist with the development and execution of paid advertising campaigns  

• Manage surveys and track responses, trends and data  

• Craft new Website/Landing Pages 

• Optimize website copy for SEO, conduct keyword research and analysis, monitor SEO performance via Semrush  

• Create proposals/pitch decks and execute Request for Proposals (RFPs)   

• Leverage Canva, Google Slides and the Adobe Suite to create collateral to market our services   

• Plan in-person and virtual events from ideation to set up to tear down   

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or an equivalent field 

• 2+ years of marketing experience 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• High energy and strong work ethic 

• Flexibility and a positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and innate curiosity
