I. Position Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing the company's digital marketing strategy, improving the search ranking and traffic of the company's website through Baidu SEO and SEM optimization, as well as promoting the brand on domestic social platforms such as Xiaohongshu and Zhihu, and attracting more HR and job seekers for the company's recruitment website: The position requires professional digital marketing knowledge and creative thinking, which can effectively enhance brand awareness and business conversion rate. II. Main Responsibilities Baidu SEO and SEM optimization: Responsible for keyword analysis of the website, develop and implement SEO optimization strategies to improve the website ranking in search engines. Manage the company's SEM advertising account, develop advertising plan, monitor advertising effect and optimize advertising input-output ratio. Track and analyze website traffic data, regularly submit SEO and SEM work reports to provide data support for decision-making. Social platform brand promotion: Create and maintain company brand accounts on social platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, etc., formulate and execute brand promotion plans. Write high-quality promotional content, including copywriting, images and videos, etc., to enhance brand exposure and user engagement. Job board diversion: Develop and execute job board attraction strategies to attract potential job seekers through various digital marketing tactics.
