In this role you ll be responsible for booking exceptional trips for both corporate and leisure clients across the globe. Key Responsibilities:
Research design and execute customized itineraries for clients.
Review clients travel needs and preferences to create tailored trip plans.
Complete ongoing training and maintain travel booking certifications.
Attend webinars to specialize in various destinations learning from top vendors and suppliers.
Plan trips within clients budgets ensuring an exceptional experience.
Create promotional materials to support your travel offerings.
Stay uptodate on travel restrictions and guidelines.
Book travel arrangements (flights car rentals hotels cruises event tickets etc.).
Communicate effectively with clients before and after their trips.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
Network with tour operators to offer exclusive packages.
Flexible hours: parttime or fulltime opportunities available.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong communication skills; a background in sales is a plus.
Smartphone with internet access is required; a laptop is recommended.
Personal travel experience is a bonus but not required.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset but not mandatory.
