Job Description Our client is a leading health solutions organization with over 300,000 dedicated employees nationwide. The Desktop Support Technician will provide production based support to all corporate end users across the southwest region of the enterprise. Production based responsibilities include managing all escalated tickets for tier 2 support - software and hardware based. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to grow in a large corporate environment. We are seeking individuals with great communication skills who are eager and hungry to grow with a rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal/written communication, problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work and the ability to build productive relationships with peers. This individual will sit onsite 5x/week. Compensation: $20/hr to $24/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
