Job Description

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable, private office that is seeking a dentist. They are seeking a full time dentist but would consider part time as well. The office also has a busy patient base already developed and a lot of new patients each month.
The office is mostly fee for service with only Delta Dental as the only PPO plan. No nights and no weekends are required. They have an excellent staff to support their dentists. The office is all up to date with paperless charting, digital x-rays, and much more. They also have an excellent staff that work very well together. The owner can also provide great mentoring if needed and or collaboration.
A full time and experienced dentist can expect to earn between 200K to 300K per year or more, depending on procedures performed and experience. This includes a base salary of 175K for a full time dentist. They are offering a very competitive competitive percentage of collections and there is profit sharing opportunity after a year. They also offer benefits, retirement plan and continuing education stipend.
There is also buy in opportunity in the future if interested, but it is not required.
Associate Dentist Responsibilities:
Examining patients' teeth and gums to diagnose and treat various oral health issues.
Utilizing X-rays and computer-generated imaging to assist with examinations.
Providing dental treatments to patients.
Administering local anesthesia to patients as needed.
Educating patients on good oral hygiene practices and advising them on proper aftercare following certain dental procedures.
Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
