Debugging the data pipelines

Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.
Incidence management and root cause analysis
Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2/L3 technical support
Experience in ticketing processing using JIRA, ADO
Excellent communication abilities in English communication skill, in written and oral
