Location: Plano TX - 75024 (2 Days Hybrid)
Pay Range: $60 - $70 per hour

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Data Scientist to enhance our AI capabilities through the analysis and automation of chatbot interactions. The role involves VOC standardization from various sources, building, and deploying NLP models, and creating dashboards to visualize their impact. The ideal candidate will independently build datasets for modelling with minimal guidance, leveraging their expertise in AI/ML, SQL, data visualization, and experimentation


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyse and automate AI capabilities, particularly chatbots, to assess their impact.
• Standardize VOC from disparate sources and deploy new NLP models as necessary.
• Build and automate dashboards to visualize metrics around AI enhancements.
• Independently construct datasets for modelling with minimal supervision.
• Continuously improve and iterate models based on experimental results and data analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in AI/ML modelling and NLP.
• Expertise in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong ability in data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau)

Domain Experience:
Prior experience in a data science role, preferably within industries or projects focusing on AI capabilities enhancement and automation.
