Job Description

Nonprofit working at the forefront of healthcare education seeks a permanent Data Manager to maintain internal databases and support research initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Regularly assess database performance and integrity.
Prepare and distribute custom surveys and reports.
Facilitate annual survey data collection.
Assist with data editing and entry and verify data as needed.
Handle data requests from other departments.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing deadlines.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong editing skills.
Familiarity with standard office equipment and procedures.
Demonstrated experience in database management.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, SPSS, Access, R, R Shiny, Tableau, and Qualtrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in research or data analysis.
Previous experience working in healthcare or education space preferred.
At least three (3) years of experience working in data management.

Salary: $60,000 -- $78,000 per year.
