Data Entry Processor

Location Mesa, AZ | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

• $16.50/hr

• Tuesday - Saturday | 7am-3:30pm

• W2, full-time

ROLE IMPACT

As part of the Operations Group, the Data Entry Processor ensures accurate processing of traffic camera violations to support public safety initiatives. Success in this role is defined by consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict quality and production benchmarks in a team-oriented environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and process photo enforcement violations using web-based tools

• Maintain daily accuracy and volume benchmarks

• Support clerical and administrative tasks as needed

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Clear, professional communication skills—verbal and written

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure

• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Microsoft Word

• Microsoft Excel

• Web-based violation processing platforms

• General office software and database tools

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in data entry or administrative processing

• Background in high-volume document review

• Exposure to public sector or municipal operations
