Job Description

This is a remote position.

Join We Are BMF , an award-winning global creative marketing agency, as a Data Entry Keyer. In this remote position you will operate from your home office and support our remote data workflows with precision, contributing to both remote and in-office teams. This remote role offers flexibility while you help drive accuracy and efficiency in our digital and experiential production efforts. The remote emphasis means you’ll rely on remote collaboration tools, remote documentation practices and remote deliverables as part of our remote-capable operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume data keying tasks from your remote workspace, including inputting typographic and numerical data into agency systems and databases.

  • Verify data entries for accuracy, consistency and completeness in the remote work environment, supporting remote project delivery and remote reporting.

  • Maintain document version control and organize data files for remote access by our remote team members and creative staff.

  • Collaborate with remote and on-site producers, project managers and analysts to clarify data requirements and rectify discrepancies in remote datasets.

  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of remote-friendly templates and tools for data keying processes, ensuring remote users have streamlined access.

  • Monitor your remote data queue, meet productivity and accuracy targets, and report performance metrics to remote team leads.

  • Uphold confidentiality, data security and integrity while keying remote data and managing remote storage systems.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of remote data entry workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and enhanced remote collaboration.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree or certificate in business administration, data management or related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in data keying, data entry or clerical support; experience working remotely and within remote workflows is strongly preferred.

  • Strong typing skills, keen attention to detail and high accuracy in both numeric and text input.

  • Proficiency with spreadsheet software, database entry platforms and remote collaboration tools.

  • Ability to work independently from a home office, manage tasks in a remote setting and maintain focus in a remote work environment.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of coordinating with both remote and on-site team members.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace free from distractions.

  • Familiarity with data confidentiality, version control and remote data management best practices.
