Job Title: Data Engineer / Data Scientist

About the Role:

We're looking for a versatile Data Engineer / Data Scientist to join our team, bringing both strong engineering fundamentals and a data-driven mindset. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying data solutions while also being comfortable with modeling, analytics, and machine learning. You will work across teams to develop scalable data pipelines, apply design thinking to solve business problems, and contribute to the development of intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to large datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights
• Implement deep learning models and leverage existing frameworks like scikit-learn and PySpark
• Support software engineering services focused on MongoDB, AWS, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Core Java, and distributed systems
• Use design thinking methodologies to create data-driven solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Python Strong programming skills
• Java Proficiency in Core Java
• scikit-learn Experience with machine learning using this library
• Deep Learning Familiarity with modern deep learning frameworks and techniques
• Data Engineering & Data Science Strong foundation in both domains
• Design Thinking Ability to approach problems with user-centered design in mind
• Software Engineering Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining backend systems
• Experience with MongoDB , AWS , Spring Boot , REST APIs , and distributed systems
