The Office of Academic Administration at the Stanford Graduate School of Business is looking for a Data and Reporting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing reporting, data visualization, and system access management at the Graduate School of Business (GSB). This includes coordinating with department leadership to accurately report on course evaluations, faculty data, and record-keeping, managing administrative processes, and ensuring the quality of data communicated inside and outside the department. Documenting and policy management will also fall under this role.
Beyond these responsibilities, the Data and Reporting Manager will also be responsible for system access such as updating a variety of workgroups for incoming and outgoing faculty, creating and tending to SUNet ID sponsorships, and auditing membership in GoogleGroups and on email lists. This work will ensure faculty and others have the appropriate access to internal systems and communications. You will work closely with the IT department to address and resolve any access-related issues.
Additionally, you will oversee faculty profile change management, updating all faculty lists, and communicating with the marketing team to ensure public websites reflect our current faculty and their titles. Lastly, you will maintain and update the GSB's internal Faculty Resource Guide website, collaborating with various departments to ensure the content remains current, accessible, and user-friendly.
The Data and Reporting Manager will be an individual with a track record in project management and the ability to drive programs that support the organization's mission. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and collaborate closely with partners and stakeholders across campus. In addition to an ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally, they must be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working on challenging as well as routine assignments with minimal supervision.

The expected pay range for this position is $69,100 to $120,000 per year.
