We’re looking for a Customer Success & In-Service Specialist who doesn’t just show up—they take over . This is a field-based role built for someone who lives to connect, train, influence, and inspire frontline caregivers and administrators to adopt powerful, life-changing tools.

What You’ll Own:

• Your Region – You’ll be the face of our brand across facilities in the Bay Area. You’ll know your accounts inside out—and they’ll know you’ve got their back.
• Training & In-services – You’ll lead high-energy, high-impact sessions that engage nurses, clinical teams, and administrators. Virtual and on-site.
• Adoption & Retention – You’ll ensure that users are not just trained, but empowered—and excited—to use our platform daily.
• Stakeholder Relationships – You’ll build deep trust with users at all levels, from the floor to the boardroom.
• Feedback Loop – You’ll be our eyes and ears on the ground, helping shape product improvements and customer strategy.
• Proactive Support – You follow up before others even think to ask. You solve issues before they become problems.

Location & Logistics:

• Field-based role – You’ll be in facilities across the San Francisco Bay Area and nearby counties.
• Travel required – Expect to be on the road often (mileage reimbursed).
