We're a dynamic, fully remote agency comprising a network of talented freelancers, and we're on the lookout for a Freelance Creative Director / Senior Brand Designer. The key responsibilities involve spearheading creative strategies for our eCommerce D2C clients, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring effective communication across all platforms. This pivotal role demands an individual capable of guiding clients in crafting their messaging and value propositions, as well as developing compelling visual moodboards for brands and campaigns. Must be highly experienced within actual design development work. About the Company

Responsibilities
Client Brand Development: Work closely with clients to develop and execute creative strategies for campaigns, focusing on brand messaging, visual identity, and campaign design.
Setting up marketing templates for additional designers to execute withinn
Offering feedback and direction to more junior designers
Partnering with clients to make the most of their resources and brand
Providing creative strategy as needed
Lead and mentor a fractional creative team, including designers and video production staff.
Manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Facilitate collaboration across departments to align creative output with broader business strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into creative strategies.
Skills
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities. (Strong communication in English)
Strong project management skills, adept at juggling multiple projects.
Creative thinking and effective problem-solving.
Deep understanding of branding and design principles
Significant experience with various design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, etc).
Meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications/Requirements
Over 6 years of experience in creative leadership, preferably in an agency environment.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience
Track record of leading successful creative campaigns.
Diverse portfolio showcasing design and creative projects.
Experience with eCommerce D2C clients
Bonus if you have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Additional Information
This is a 1099 independent contractor position
100% remote work
The number of work hours is based on the number of client accounts you have at any given time
You have a flexible schedule, but meetings and communications with clients occur between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm EST
$17-$25 an hour depending on experiences
The ecosystem comes with various support functions, including scheduling, a designated billing department, and other admin functions so you can focus on what you do best
