While our main office is located in DUMBO Brooklyn, we work as a distributed team with members reaching from Maine to LA, and everywhere in between. This is an immediate hire, part-time in-office position, up to 15 hours per week; schedule is flexible provided you can ideally work the same time each week.

  • Oversee ordering and inventory management of office supplies, cleaning supplies, and snacks
  • Manage and maintain all office equipment and IN-provided employee hardware (laptops, monitors, etc)
  • Assist the Director of People and Director of Finance & Operations in the onboarding of New York-based employees that need access to the office
  • Mail and package delivery distribution (incoming and outgoing)
  • Liaise with office janitorial and IT services as needed
  • Manage ordering, payment & delivery logistics for IN team in-office catering including but not limited to work week lunches, happy hours, and special events as needed
  • Light document filing
  • Additional ad hoc tasks as needed

Skills + Qualifications

  • 0-3 years experience
  • Based in NYC with ability to work from our DUMBO office
  • MUST be proactive - we are looking for an organized individual that takes initiative
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Personal and engaging attitude
  • Enthusiastic and collaborative demeanor, always looking to roll up their sleeves and learn a new skill
  • Agency background preferred but not required
  • Tidy and organized, naturally takes pride in maintaining a clean/organized environment
  • Team player who looks for ways to help out and know there is no job too big or too small to do well

Compensation

Part-time hourly: $25-35/hr

*This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.

At IN, we acknowledge that in order to be a forward-thinking, culture-led agency, we must actively foster and uplift a multitude of perspectives, backgrounds, and ways of thinking within our team. We seek to work with those who are a culture add, not just a culture fit. We believe that the best ideas come from authenticity and that the unique passions, identities, and points of view of our team are what make us All IN.
