Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Sourcer to join our client’s team for a 6-month contract. As a Technical Sourcer , you will play a critical role in building and managing the talent pipeline for technical roles. This position is an associate level role and we are looking for candidates who have 3-4 years of sourcing experience.

This position will involve heavy sourcing in LinkedIn Recruiter, working closely with the recruitment team and focusing on filling hard-to-fill roles.

Technical Sourcer Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for various technical positions, including engineering managers, staff engineers and back-end developers
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to find qualified candidates
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure sourcing aligns with the hiring needs for difficult-to-fill positions
• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and gauge interest
• Perform initial screening and pre-interview assessments to identify top candidates before handing off to recruiters for further evaluation
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure a seamless transition from sourcing to candidate screening

Technical Sourcer Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer with a focus on engineering roles
• Experience sourcing for roles such as engineering managers, staff engineers and other back-end development positions
• Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to manage a high volume of applicants and effectively build talent pipelines
• Experience in conducting outreach and initial screening for technical candidates
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with recruiting teams
