Job Description

Education & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Law, Business, or International Trade.
  2. 5+ years of contract management/commercial negotiation experience, familiarity with EV industry practices.
  3. Proficient in contract law, CLM tools (e.g., DocuSign), MS Office, and ERP systems.
  4. Strong analytical, negotiation, and risk management skills;
  5. Ability to coordinate cross-departments. Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Lifecycle Management Draft, review, revise, and archive contracts to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company interests. Monitor contract performance and resolve disputes or breaches during execution. 2. Commercial Negotiation & Risk Mitigation Participate in negotiations with clients/suppliers to clarify terms, deliverables, and risk allocation. o Identify potential risks (e.g., payment delays, IP ownership) and propose mitigation strategies. 3. Compliance & Process Improvement Ensure contracts comply with industry regulations, company policies, and international trade rules (if applicable). Streamline contract approval processes to enhance efficiency and reduce compliance risks. 4. Cross-department Collaboration Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to provide contract-related expertise. o Support business teams in interpreting contract terms to ensure compliance. 5. Data Management & Reporting Maintain a contract database and generate reports on performance, renewal deadlines, etc. Analyze commercial data (e.g., costs, profits) to support management decisions. 6. Client & Supplier Relationship Management Address contract-related inquiries from clients/suppliers to sustain partnerships. o Evaluate supplier capabilities to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
