Get to Know Your Team:

• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hospital information desk.
• Provide guest assistance, direction, and information as requested.
• Notify security dispatch of needed customer assists and report any known falls, injuries, or trip hazards.
• Report suspicious persons or activities to the Security department.
• Follow up on guest inquiries.
• Utilize the Epic database.
• Answer multi-line phone calls.
• Transport patients by wheelchair when needed to the desired department.

Job Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED.

• Basic computer skills. Windows, ability to learn Star Order Management and Care Manager Clinical documentation.
