Install, repair, and refinish hardwood flooring in commercial spaces.
Measure and cut materials precisely to ensure a perfect fit.
Prepare installation sites by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring a flawless base.
Assess subfloor conditions and make necessary adjustments for a smooth installation.
Apply adhesives, fasteners, and finishing touches for a polished result.
Troubleshoot flooring issues and provide expert solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Deliver outstanding customer service and professionalism.
Proven experience in commercial hardwood floor installation.
Expertise in various hardwood types, installation methods, and finishing techniques.
Ability to operate and maintain installation tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety and adherence to industry protocols.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Industry certifications in hardwood floor installation and refinishing.
Experience leading a team on commercial flooring projects.
