We are looking for qualified caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to assist clients in the North Kansas City, Metro Kansas City and Lee's Summit areas. To be eligible for this position, you must have prior caregiving experience, have a passion for helping others, and must be comfortable working in a home setting.
Care for our clients may include bathing, dressing, hygiene oversight, medication reminders, transfers, transportation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and all other aspects of daily living.
CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) and Caregiver Position Requirements:
- Current CPR Certification (BLS- Red Cross or American Heart Association) *we offer a class at a reduced cost if you need your BLS*
- Negative TB skin test (within the last 30 days)
- Ability to pass a urine drug screen
- US Citizen with documents to complete an I9 form
- Proof of COVID Vaccination, highly recommended to increase available client and facility shifts.
- Current Flu Vaccination, highly recommended to increase available client shifts
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
