Your Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments with clients following program guidelines.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Provide weekly individual and/or family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic approaches.
Maintain complete and timely documentation of services rendered in a HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based EMR system.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a timely and respectful manner.
Adhere strictly to relevant standards, including COMAR and CARF regulations, in both practice and documentation.
Requirements:
A Master's degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) or a Doctorate in Psychology.
Active clinical license to practice in the state of Maryland (e.g., LCSW-C, LPC, LCMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
Proficiency with technology and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
Must provide a PDF of your Maryland CAQH profile/application.
Active malpractice insurance.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Ability to pass criminal and child protective services background checks.
A valid Maryland driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

Compensation is based on your licensure level and relevant experience diagnosing and treating mental health conditions.
