About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Part-Time Clinical Data Abstractor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient data for various registries. Your primary responsibility will be to abstract and code patient information from medical records, adhering to strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately abstract patient data from medical records, including demographics, diagnoses, procedures, and medications.
Code abstracted data according to established guidelines and regulations.
Maintain a high level of accuracy, aiming for an IRR score of 98% or higher.
Effectively utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to access and retrieve patient information.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure data quality and meet project deadlines.
Ideal Candidate:

Possesses a minimum of 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience.
Demonstrates proficiency in using EMR systems.
Has a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines effectively.
Prior experience with remote work is preferred.
Available to commit to a minimum of 60 abstraction hours per month.
