Serve as the first point of contact for donors and community members via phone, email, and in-person outreach.
Provide friendly, professional support and ensure all inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, community events, and outreach programs .
Draft and send personalized thank-you notes, acknowledgment letters, and event invitations to donors and sponsors.
Maintain and update donor records in CRM systems with confidentiality and accuracy.
Collaborate with internal marketing, communications, and event teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the donor experience and strengthen community relationships.
Track and report on donor engagement and campaign performance metrics.
Enthusiastic about nonprofit work, community outreach, and public engagement .
Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
