Get Paid to Earn Your Class A CDL!
Valley is offering an exciting opportunity for aspiring Class A CDL drivers! If you're energetic, career-driven, and ready to start a rewarding career in transportation, we want you to join our team of Class A CDL Delivery Drivers. No prior CDL experience is required, as Valley will cover the cost of your CDL training!

About the Program:

• 4-Week CDL Course: Attend Fox Valley Tech or NWTC for a 4-week CDL training program.
• Company-Paid Schooling: Valley covers all tuition costs, and you will earn an hourly wage of $18 while attending classes!
• On-the-Job Training: After completing the course, you will train with our experienced drivers for 4 weeks to gain hands-on experience.

What You’ll Do After Training:

• Deliver goods to local bakeries or grocery stores.
• Work a flexible schedule, typically 4-5 days per week.
• Start times vary between 12:30 AM and 8:00 AM.
• Expect 10-14 hour shifts, depending on the day's route.
• Operate well-maintained, modern equipment (2017-2021 model tractors).
• Enjoy being home every night!
• Earn potential annual and semi-annual raises.

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Minimum of 9 years driving experience since obtaining your driver's license.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Passion for driving and delivering excellent service.
