Is This You?!

* 5+ Years of Litigation Experience. Preferably Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy or Business Law Experience
* Firm Understanding of Nevada civil procedures & court filings.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Acrobat
* Familiar with Odyssey, CM/ECF & ServeXpress e-filing platforms
* Go Getter, Meticulous, Professional, able to work well under pressure!

Big Responsibilities:

* Firm wide litigation support, being a team player and helping where needed!
* Prepare, Proofread and File legal documents.
* Manage Attorney calendars
* Case Management
* Ensuring deadlines are met
* Drafting correspondence and other legal documents with minimal supervision
* Miscellaneous administrative duties
