*Civil Litigation Attorney**

We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with prior experience in Premises Liability, Construction, and Commercial Litigation matters to join our dynamic team. This role offers a flexible remote hybrid work arrangement, requiring only three days a week in the office.

**Responsibilities:**

- Handle a full caseload from inception through final disposition.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

**Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of relevant litigation experience.
- Proven success in managing a full caseload.
- Excellent academic credentials and admission to practice in Michigan.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
