Certified Weld Inspector

$2,500 Sign-on Bonus!

Status: Exempt

Location: Mount Joy, PA (On-Site)

Greiner Industries Inc. is looking for an AWS Certified Welding Inspector to join our Quality Control department. Greiner’s fabrication facility is supported by a fully staffed Quality Control Department. We maintain certifications with nationally endorsed societies like AWS (American Welding Society), ASNT (American Society for Nondestructive Testing) and NACE (National Association of Corrosive Engineers). Our qualified inspectors ensure that all fabricated products are inspected and in compliance with contract specifications.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a safe, cautious manner, exercising care and concern for people, equipment, and product.
• Competency in being able to prioritize, make decisions, follow instructions, recognize, and adhere to standards of quality.
• Work independently and with others, demonstrating responsible behavior and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform daily preventative maintenance measures to ensure safety of equipment and work environment.
• AWS CWI inspector with 3 or more years of experience. 
• UT & MT level II experience is a plus.
• NDT certification experience will require documented hours for consideration.
