Labor Finders of Augusta is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Augusta. The CNA will provide essential nursing care to patients in a home health care setting, assisting with daily activities and ensuring patient comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care : Offer competent and caring support with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and eating. Assist patients with mobility and positioning.
• Medical Monitoring : Take and record vital signs and weight as needed.
• Professional Development : Maintain required certifications and perform additional tasks as required for the specific care needs of patients.

Shifts Available:

• Day Shifts
• Night Shifts
• In-Home Health Care Settings
• 24/7 Care : Shifts are as needed, with coverage available around the clock to accommodate patient and caregiver schedules.

Requirements:

• Certifications : Active CNA license, CPR, BLS, and First Aid certifications.
• Education : Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or equivalent. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience : Previous home health care or hospital experience preferred with references.
• Skills : Excellent customer service skills, ability to work with diverse patients, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
