Position : OTR Company Drivers (Solo)
Pay: 0.57 0.64 CPMKey Benefits :
Home Time : Out 12 days with 2 full days (48 hours) at home every other weekend
Freight Coverage : OTR across all 48 states (most freight East of I35)
No NYC Dispatch : No forced dispatch into NYC or the 5 boroughs
Mileage : Drivers averagemiles per week. HOS and availability affect weekly miles.

Equipment :
2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworths
Average Length of Haul : 600 miles
24/7 Operations Support : Access to operations specialists for driver needs at any time
Compensation :
$500 after the first load
$500 after 30 days
Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after the second hour
Layover/Breakdown Pay : $100 per day
Mileage Bonus : 3 CPM (based on Safety Mileage & Productivity eligible from the 1st of the month after the hire date)
