Caribou Bible Church is looking for a pastoral intern with the ability to step into a church leadership role and provide some much-needed family and sabbatical time for their bi-vocational pastor who is the church’s only employee. We need someone who has a heart for missions and church work in a challenging environment where true evangelical Christianity is claimed by less than 3% of the population. You must be humble, understand that our culture is entirely different from what you are familiar with, and be ready to be flexible in ministry. You would be expected to preach, promote and participate in VBS, be ready to lead and teach in our Middle School youth program, help with basic building and grounds maintenance, cover pastoral duties including benevolence and counseling requests when he is away, and help upgrade streaming and recording capabilities if possible. Soda Springs is a rural town in a county of 3,100 people located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
