Caribbean/Latin American Sales Manager

Location: Atlanta Metro area/Miami, FL with travel to Atlanta 1 week/month.

Travel Requirements:   50%, plus or minus

We are seeking a dynamic Caribbean/Latin American Sales Manager to drive CPT sales growth and market expansion in the region for our personal/home care products. 

PLEASE NOTE :  This role requires SPANISH LANGUAGE FLUENCY and an ability/willingness to Travel

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of consumer products, particularly in the personal care  or home care sector, and will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Caribbean and Latin American markets.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand market presence in the personal care sector, particularly in hair care products.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the region.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the territory.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Train and support the sales team to enhance their effectiveness and drive sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the consumer products industry.
• Strong knowledge of personal care products, especially in hair care and shampoo categories.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing accounts effectively.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
