Are you creative and have a talent for creating beautiful desserts? Meticulously organized, yet able to work alone, self-motivated and cooperative? Do you have experience decorating cakes and yet still seek out and new ideas and methods to improve your craft? Responsibilities
• Manage the production of cake and prepared ice cream treats, and take pride in maintaining a beautiful and well stocked display case.
• Maintain a clean, stocked and organized work area
• Adhere to all Baskin-Robbins dessert decorating quality standards, as well as safety and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare specialty cake orders.
• Manage cake, icing and decoration inventory.
• Review videos on new cake and ice cream items as added.
• Prepare all cakes and ice cream treats to Baskin-Robbins specifications and standards.
• Helping out in the front of the store if it gets busy and your assistance is required
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-year cake decorating experience.
• Minimum 1-year cake decorating in a retail environment
• Have creative, artistic ability
• Highly efficient in speed, accuracy, and quality
• Excellent customer service skills
Being a team member for Baskin Robbins is a very exciting and challenging job. Among the key responsibility is to ensure that every guest is satisfied and pleased with their experience. Our employees are expected to consistently serve quality ice cream and other food products being offered by the company to every customer and participate in the team effort to make sure that guests are served as quickly as possible. They must also maintain quality standards when it comes to handling and preparing ice creams. Team members must also be able to describe and assemble promoted products and or beverages in accordance to the ongoing marketing promotion.
