We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our Commercial Finance team, which consists of Business Operations, Pricing, and Partner Program functions. The role requires a firm grasp of data analytics and strong communications skills. Beyond the Commercial Finance team, you may be exposed to other teams that partner on our work including Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Customer Experience.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, business strategy, and operational efficiencies within a dynamic, fast-paced environment! What You Will Do: - Data Analysis & Reporting : Gather, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to support business decisions.
- Pricing Support : Assist in evaluating pricing models, competitive analysis, and financial impact assessments.
- Partner Program Insights : Support the development and tracking of partner incentives and performance metrics.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across business operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Presentation & Insights : Develop reports and presentations that summarize findings and recommendations for leadership.
What You'll Experience :
- Hands-on experience in business operations, pricing strategies, and partner program management.
- Exposure to cross-functional teams and real-world business challenges.
- Mentorship and learning opportunities from experienced business professionals.
What You Will Bring: - Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Panduit Intern Program Our program consists of not only working with your functional area but getting to know the entire summer cohort of interns across Panduit. You can also expect to get to know leaders at Panduit through special presentation sessions.
Pay rates for this role start at $18.50/hr. Internship pay rates are determined by class year and major.
