Job Description:
We are looking for skilled and passionate Barbers to join our team across multiple locations in Malta. The ideal candidate will have a flair for men's grooming and hairstyling, a commitment to high-quality service, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and beard grooming services.
Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend suitable styles.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of your workstation and tools at all times.
Offer advice on grooming products and aftercare to enhance the client experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in men's hairstyling and grooming techniques.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Manage appointment schedules to ensure minimal waiting time for clients.
Assist with other salon duties, such as opening/closing the shop and stock management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Barber (minimum 1-2 years).
Ability to perform a variety of mens haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for grooming.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation regulations in the salon industry.
Fluency in English (knowledge of Maltese would be an advantage).
