Park Rose – Now Hiring Barbacks
Park Rose, a new restaurant from Renwick Hospitality (Lindens, Altair, Lulla, Foxtail), is opening early October and seeking Barbacks to join our opening team.
Inspired by the gardens of Rose Hill, Park Rose is a modern American-Italian restaurant designed to be an energetic neighborhood favorite—uplifted by the quality of its food, cocktails, and service. We aim to be a go-to spot for locals in NoMad and beyond, while also serving as a destination for special moments, vibrant hospitality, and exceptional meals.
Barbacks at Park Rose are the backbone of the bar team—supporting prep, pacing, and presentation with precision and care. We’re looking for individuals who bring hustle, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset to every shift.
What You’ll DoAs a Barback, you’ll help ensure the bar runs smoothly and consistently meets Renwick Hospitality’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities include:

Assist with deliveries and storage , rotating product and maintaining clean, organized backbar and storage areas. Consistency in execution starts behind the scenes.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards , including glassware, tools, and prep areas. Be better than yesterday—every shift is a chance to improve.
