Escondido German Auto is seeking skilled and motivated Automotive Technicians who are passionate about the automotive industry and eager to grow in their careers. If you thrive on challenges and want to be part of a fast-paced, cutting-edge shop, we want to hear from you!

We take pride in using the latest diagnostic software and continuously expanding our expertise in servicing German vehicles. We currently have two open positions for experienced technicians who are ready to join a high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• A full set of tools is recommended.
• ASE Master Certification is a major plus.
• BMW experience is highly desirable (+++).
• Prior experience working with German vehicles is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• A self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
