Salary Grade/Level/Family/Range: $80,000-$120,000/year
JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary: Sommer's Automotive has served tens of thousands satisfied customers over our 70-years. We have become a top volume Subaru, Buick, GMC, and used car dealership through our focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty. The dealership is family owned and operated, and very active in support of local communities.

Responsibilities:
- Meet/Greet Guests
- Help identify guest needs and present appropriate product match
- Maintain knowledge of industry and products we sell / competition.
- Present a positive image of the company and our brands
- Learning and following the designed sales process
- Administrative work as needed (paperwork, plans, reports, etc.).
- Follow up with customers as needed through our Customer Relation Management tool.
- Gain and share knowledge of the entire facility and understand how each department is vital to your and our customers experience
- Continual learning of new approaches to sales, new information regarding products, and new administrative efficiencies.
- Work with Sales Manager to determine personal sales goals and the methods by which those goals will be met.

Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma
- 1 year of experience in customer service
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems is beneficial!
- Basic knowledge of prices, models, series, options, and other automotive variations of manufacturer's products is beneficial!
Work Environment: This job operates within an automotive dealership department in a professional office setting.
