Our main objective as Automotive Professionals is to do everything in our power to ensure our customers are driving a safe and reliable vehicle. We would like to hire a Parts Counterperson who is extremely customer focused and wants to build long-term relationships. • Maintain customer & technician relationships
• Track all incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership
• Locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock
• Make sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department and customer counter
• Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping
• Referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify the correct part(s) for the make, model, and year of vehicles being serviced
• Honda or Acura experience a plus!
• Dealertrack experience also a bonus!
• Must be available to work weekends
• All candidates will be subject to both a background and drug test

• Experienced counter positions need at least 2 years of dealership parts experience
• Proficient in email and basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must take direction well and follow through entire task
• Must be able to perform other duties when assigned
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
