Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer & technician relationships
- Track all incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership
- Locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock
- Make sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department and customer counter
- Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping
- Referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify the correct part(s) for the make, model, and year of vehicles being serviced
- Honda or Acura experience a plus!
- Dealertrack experience also a bonus!
- Must be available to work weekends
- All candidates will be subject to both a background and drug test
Requirements:
- Experienced counter positions need at least 2 years of dealership parts experience
- Proficient in email and basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must take direction well and follow through entire task
- Must be able to perform other duties when assigned
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Some heavy lifting is required
