Automotive Finance Manager job at Kia of Puyallup Puyallup, WA, US

Job Description

Kia of Puyallup has been selling and servicing new, certified and pre-owned vehicles for 30 years and has provided multi-decade careers for many of our employees. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Finance Manager to join our award-winning team. The right candidate will have a proven track record and deep knowledge of automotive finance and insurance procedures and the ability to assist customers on additional product offerings. Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with the arranging of financing for their vehicle purchase
Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance vehicle and ownership experience
Ensure sales are structured correctly
Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for position
Accurately submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions and effectively close deals
Ensure that every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines
Prepare paperwork and contracts
Accurately audit deals post-sale and deeply analyze for improvements
Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts

Qualifications:

Previous new car automotive Finance Manager experience with solid references
Proven track record of performance
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
Well-versed in title laws and registration process
Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
Eagerness to learn and improve
Valid WA state driver’s license
