We are seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join our renowned Public Companies practice in Boston . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC reporting, compliance, and disclosure matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with sophisticated clients and play a key role in capital markets transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise public companies on corporate governance, SEC reporting, compliance, and disclosure matters.
• Manage client relationships and oversee day-to-day workflow for a variety of clients.
• Represent companies in capital markets transactions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience advising public companies on governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and compliance matters.
• Experience in managing client relationships and handling complex client needs.
• JD from a nationally recognized law school with a strong academic record.
• Experience working in the corporate department of a national or international law firm.
