This critical role is responsible for shaping the visual and narrative identity of the brand, ensuring consistency, innovation, and unwavering excellence in every creative output. You will work in close collaboration with the Marketing team to strategically align creative direction with campaign goals, effectively prioritize workload, and meet all business objectives and deadlines. Spearhead the concept development and execution for integrated marketing campaigns, sophisticated brand storytelling, and visual identity projects.
Work collaboratively with Marketing and cross-functional teams to harmonize creative strategies with overarching business objectives.
Effectively prioritize and manage workflow across a diverse range of projects to guarantee the timely delivery of top-tier creative assets.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and external freelancers to consistently deliver best-in-class creative work.
Provide comprehensive creative direction for all photo and video production, large-scale experiential activations, and branded content initiatives.
Ensure all creative assets strictly adhere to brand standards, budgetary constraints, and established timelines.
Confidently present and articulate creative concepts and campaigns to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
Key Deliverables Refined creative campaign concepts and comprehensive mood boards.
Finished assets for all channels: digital (web, email, social), print (brochures, collateral, signage), and environmental/on-site branding.
Updates and detailed documentation for brand guidelines.
Expert art direction for photoshoots and video production.
Regular progress reports and detailed milestone reviews.
Qualifications:
7+ years of progressive experience in a creative leadership capacity, with a strong background in the luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.An exceptional portfolio demonstrating sophisticated brand campaigns, cutting-edge digital design, and compelling storytelling.
Deep proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard creative tools.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
Proven experience successfully managing and nurturing creative teams and overseeing external vendor partnerships.
