Job Description

JOB SUMMARY. 

Little Mountain is looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Dining Room Support role which will work with the team to support in a typical Back Servers and Runner capacity. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations and elevating the guest experience and will assist the service team by expediting food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the flow of service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and with precision, ensuring proper handling and presentation of each dish.
• Reset tables efficiently between seatings, maintaining cleanliness and visual appeal throughout the dining room.
• Restock service stations with necessary supplies, such as glassware, flatware, and condiments, anticipating needs during service.
• Work closely with servers and the kitchen team to coordinate the timing and accuracy of orders.
• Monitor guest tables, refill water, and clear empty plates to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with the Dining Room and BOH teams to resolve any service issues quickly and professionally.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards for cleanliness, organization, and overall guest satisfaction throughout your shift.
• Support additional Dining Room projects as needed.
