Pay: $40,000 $55,000 per year

Schedule: Monday Friday, Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Tucson team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in property management, property maintenance oversight, and leadership . The Assistant Property Manager will support day-to-day operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, oversee property upkeep, and assist with administrative and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily property operations across assigned portfolio

• Support tenant relations, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly

• Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors/contractors

• Assist with lease administration, rent collection, and compliance with company policies

• Ensure properties remain safe, clean, and well-maintained

• Provide leadership support for staff and help with training/supervision

• Contribute to budget management, reporting, and property performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management required

• Strong knowledge of property maintenance coordination and processes

• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues efficiently

• Proficiency with property management software (preferred, not required)
