Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: o Ensuring team adherence to all Monarch policies and best practices.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
• 2+ years’ experience in multi-family housing.
o Excellent computer skills, able to effectively navigate industry software (YARDI).
o General knowledge of local, state, and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines.
o Consistent successful application of fair housing and other legal requirements for leasing and marketing property/units.
